Built on a History of Excellence
Environmental, Health and Safety Search Associates, Inc. was founded by Randy Williams in 1978. Under his direction, EH&S Search Associates has grown into the top executive search firm in the EH&S field. Over the years the firm has handled searches for over 200 of the Fortune 500 Corporations. During this time EH&S has developed an extensive network of contacts and a database that now contains information on over fifty thousand EH&S professionals. As a result of their commitment to excellence, the firm has had unparalleled success in consistently delivering top-performing professionals to the companies it serves.
Randy brings to the table over 28 years of executive search experience in the environmental, occupational health hygiene and safety fields. He graduated magna cum laude from SouthwestMissouri State University with a degree in Management & Marketing. He completed his M.B.A. graduate studies at Saint Louis University while working as the Director of Corporate Services for the Saint Louis University Medical & Research Center, and then went on to establish his own highly successful executive search firm.
As a result of his recognized expertise and industry knowledge, Randy is frequent speaker on the subject of EH&S staffing and recruitment. His most recent speaking engagement was a web seminar for the National Association of Environmental Managers on The State of the EH&S Marketplace. In addition to NAEM, his professional affiliations include the National Safety Council, the American Society of Safety Engineers, the Air & Waste Management Association, the Academy of Certified Hazardous Materials Managers, the American Industrial Hygiene Association, the American Institute of Chemical Engineers, the American Society of Industrial Security and the Society for Human Resource Management.
